What Is the MarshVegas Festival?

MarshVegas is a community-focused summer festival created right here in Marshfield. The festival combines live music, food trucks, local vendors, children’s activities and community organizations with one particularly unique attraction: Lemonade Wars. More than 30 young entrepreneurs are expected to set up lemonade stands and compete for prizes while learning firsthand about creativity, entrepreneurship and community involvement. The concept is simple and pretty awesome: the lemonade is free, while festivalgoers can support their favorite young entrepreneurs through tips. MarshVegas says its Lemonade Wars competition offers more than $5,000 in scholarships and prizes, making this more than another summer festival. It’s an opportunity for South Shore kids to get creative, meet their community and experience what it’s like to build something of their own.

Lemonade Wars: Young Entrepreneurs Take Over MarshVegas

One of the coolest parts of MarshVegas Festival 2026 is something you probably won’t find at many other Massachusetts music festivals. Lemonade Wars gives local kids the opportunity to create and operate their own lemonade stands. More than 30 kids are expected to participate this year, competing for prizes while festivalgoers sample their creations and support their efforts. There’s also a Kid Vendor Market, where young entrepreneurs can sell everything from jewelry and sports cards to honey and other homemade creations. For parents looking for family-friendly things to do in Marshfield, MA, MarshVegas offers something that’s both entertaining and inspiring.

Food, Vendors, Games & More

There’s plenty happening between performances. Festivalgoers can explore food trucks and local shops, while younger attendees can enjoy bounce houses and inflatable games. Toddlers receive free admission, parking is free and — appropriately enough — the lemonade is free. Even better, ticket proceeds from MarshVegas help fund South Shore scholarships, meaning attending the festival also helps support young people in our local community.
